Masonry Paint Removal in Stretford
Professional masonry paint removal in Stretford, Greater Manchester. Quick Point are local, fully insured masonry specialists - free quotes, guaranteed work and a tidy finish, every time.
Quick Point provide specialist masonry paint removal throughout Stretford and the wider Greater Manchester area. Every job is carried out by experienced hands, fully insured and backed by our workmanship guarantee.
Masonry paint might look fresh for a few years, but it seals the wall and stops it breathing. Trapped moisture leads to damp, blown render and spalled brick. Stripping it back is the long-term fix.
We use specialist poultice systems and steam to lift paint from the surface without aggressive abrasion, protecting the brick face. Once stripped, we can repoint and clean to finish the transformation.
Whether it is a single painted bay or a whole rendered-and-painted frontage, we plan the job around protecting your brick, your windows and your neighbours.
What's included
Why stripped brick is worth it
Once paint is removed and the wall can breathe again, damp problems often ease on their own and the brick is far less likely to spall in frost. Exposed, repointed brickwork is also effectively maintenance-free - no repainting every few years.
We finish most paint-removal projects with fresh repointing and a gentle clean, so you are left with a wall that looks original rather than ‘stripped’. We will always show you a test patch first so you know exactly what is under the paint.
We cover the whole of Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Tameside - including Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Trafford, Altrincham, Sale, Ashton-under-Lyne and Hyde. Wherever you are, the survey and quote are free and the advice is honest. If we don't think the work is needed yet, we'll tell you.
